Our two brothers have brought their passion for food to the streets, and we can't wait for you to try our amazing dishes. Our Story
The Story starts and ends with our Chef Kyle as he is the one pouring his hear and soul into each dish.

Kyle has worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade starting in Ft Lauderdale where he worked in the Be Nice Food Group and later opened Andy's Live Fire Grill as the head Chef. In 2021 Kyle made the decision to move up to Philadelphia to expand his food knowledge where he quickly was hired at Zahav where his understanding of flavors was wildly expanded.

At the same time Kyle was working at Zahav the idea of Lui's began. It started with a beer (or a few) and some wishful thinking about a food truck that took Kyles love for southern food.
6 months later, Kyle left Zahav and started working on a menu while also becoming a Nanny to his niece Luisina (Lui). So naturally when the concept came together it just made sense to name the food truck Lui's Kitchen.
